I first began ice carving just after graduating high-school in Oklahoma City. I worked as an apprentice under Ken Burkemper from Ideas In Ice. There I learned how to carve beautiful works of art that make a life lasting impression.

After working with Ideas In Ice for a year and a half I left for chef school. My love of carving ice never subsided, and I took every opportunity to hone my skills while attending chef school at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.

Now I live in New Jersey and I look forward to carving ice for your event!

We are Located in central New Jersey near Princeton, but we deliver to most of Somerset, Middlesex, Mercer, and Monmouth Counties. I will deliver to some other counties but my delivery radius is limited. If your planning your event, it is never too early to reserve your date and time, email me to ask how.

In addition to beautiful crystal clear ice we also freeze food colors or flowers in our ice. This Pink Flamingo is carved from a half green, half pink block of ice.
